Natasha Watcham-Roy

Natasha Watcham-Roy grew up in Gatineau, Quebec where she began playing rugby in grade nine because her older brother played the sport. She played for her local club Les Gladiateurs, for several seasons. After high school, she attended the University of Ottawa where she would become captain of the Gee-Gees women’s rugby team. Before joining Canada’s centralization program, Watcham-Roy played club rugby at Hull
Volant and provincially with Rugby Quebec. She has plenty of
international sevens experience, having played for Canada three times at the FISU Women’s Sevens Championship, including with the 2014 gold medal-winning team. She made her debut with Canada’s Women’s Sevens team during the 2014-15 World Rugby Women’s Sevens World Series. Watcham-Roy also helped Canada win gold at the 2015 Pan Am Games in Toronto, scoring three tries in the tournament. She missed most of the 2015-16 WSWS with injury, returning to action for the final event of the season in France.

Elena Pinkerton

Elena Pinkerton has been a memeber of the Gladiateurs for several seasons, and has been selected to play for the Provincial Quebec girls team for the past several years. Last year she played for Team Quebec's U16's. Congratulations Elena for another well-earned opportunity to represent our province, and club. We are excited for this opportunity for you, and the skills, and knowledge you'll bring back to the team! Elena's speed, and ball handling skills make her a very elusive, and skilled player.

Nassim Ibekourene

Congratulations to Nassim Ibekourene who was selected for Les Voyageurs, Quebec's U19 men's program. Nassim has scored points for his province and will no doubt add many more. Nassim is an extrondiary player, we see lots of potential for him in his rugby career.
